2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. You will be able to review your shipping cost before completing your order at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
For orders under $50, standard shipping charges will apply.Expedited and Express Shipping
Additional fees apply for expedited and express shipping options. The cost will be calculated during checkout based on your chosen shipping method.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
4. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain addresses if necessary (e.g., remote or restricted locations).
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we will contact you for the correct address. Any additional shipping charges will be your responsibility. In the case of undeliverable or abandoned packages, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure that your order arrives on time, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, high shipping volumes, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged during shipping, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and ensure a resolution is reached. Please keep the damaged packaging and items for reference if needed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing the order. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, and we will try to assist you before the order is dispatched.
